Built for Leaders Who Need Commercial Results, Not More Advice
RevenueMind is a founder-led strategic advisory practice. I work with UK CEOs and leadership teams to close the gap between AI investment and commercial performance, through leadership alignment, culture and behaviour change, execution systems, and direct, accountable advisory work.
What This Practice Does
Most businesses do not fail with AI because of the technology. They fail because leadership, culture, and execution are not aligned. I work with CEOs, commercial directors, and leadership teams on the three interconnected challenges that sit behind most underperformance: revenue systems that are not producing, leadership teams that are not aligned, and AI investments that have not delivered a return.
AI amplifies how a business already operates. If the underlying systems, behaviours, and leadership alignment are strong, AI accelerates them. If they are not, AI makes the dysfunction more visible and more expensive. The work I do addresses the foundations first, so that technology adoption produces a commercial result rather than adding cost and complexity.
Every engagement is built around the specific commercial context of the business. There are no standard programmes or off-the-shelf solutions. Only structured, outcome-focused advisory work with clear accountability and measurable results.

Revenue & Performance Strategist — AI-Assisted Leadership & Organisational Performance
I work directly with CEOs and commercial leaders on the problems that sit between strategy and performance: the leadership misalignment, the broken execution loops, and the AI investments that have not produced a return. My role is to identify what is actually happening, say it plainly, and build the plan to fix it.
My background spans sales, business development, entrepreneurship, and performance coaching. That combination produces a perspective that is commercially grounded, execution-focused, and direct. The leaders I work with do not need more theory. They need clarity, a structured plan, and someone who will hold the work to account. Every engagement is led by me directly. There are no account managers, no handoffs, and no generic recommendations.
I am continuously developing advanced capability in AI adoption, leadership, and organisational performance through specialised training and certification with Industry Rockstar (Rockstar LLC), founded by Kane Minkus and Alessia Minkus. This work is part of a broader ecosystem focused on AI-powered education, business growth, consulting, and marketing for entrepreneurs and leadership teams, and includes advanced programmes such as the AI-Assisted Academy and the Rockstar Advisory Academy. This is not passive learning. It is active, ongoing work applied directly within client engagements, focused on translating modern AI capabilities into practical business outcomes and measurable performance.
How Every Engagement Is Structured
Commercially Grounded
Every recommendation starts with a single question: what does this mean for revenue, performance, and execution? Frameworks are useful only when they produce a commercial result.
Leadership and Culture First
AI does not improve a business on its own. It amplifies how the business already operates. Before addressing technology, I address the leadership alignment and cultural readiness that determine whether adoption succeeds or stalls.
Accountable to Outcomes
Every engagement is defined by clear commercial outcomes. I measure what changes, what improves, and what the business can now do that it could not do before.
Built for Sustained Performance
I build the systems, alignment, and capability required for growth that holds. Not a one-off intervention. A structural improvement in how the business performs over time.
